MailEnable - Registration/Purchase
Once you have evaluated and you are satisfied with the product, MailEnable can be
purchased/registered via the methods outlined below. The process for registering
MailEnable varies depending on the method of payment. It is important to complete
all the steps outlined under the selected payment method to ensure that you receive
the license key.
- The MailEnable Registration Wizard is installed
as part of the MailEnable Program Group with both Professional and Enterprise Editions.
You run the Wizard on the server you wish to register.
- Enter your details, and select Credit/Debit Card as the payment method.
- The registration wizard will allow you to enter your credit card details and will
transmit them (via SSL) and the transaction will be processed real-time.
- Assuming the transaction is successful, a receipt and unlock code will be issued
to you.
- The registration process will immediately apply your unlock code to your installation.
- Install MailEnable Professional or Enterprise Edition from our
download page.
- When happy with the product, run the Registration program that is installed as part
of the MailEnable Program Group.
- Enter your details, and select MailEnable Web Site as the payment method.
- The registration wizard should open your web browser and (via SSL) will display
the MailEnable
secure order form. You should enter your details.
- When payment has been accepted, we send you the receipt and unlock code.
- When you receive the license code run the Registration Wizard to enter it.
PayPal
- Install MailEnable Professional or Enterprise Edition from our
download page.
- When happy with the product, pay through PayPal by clicking the icon below:

- When payment has been accepted, MailEnable will send a notification and further
instructions to your PayPal e-mail address.
Note: PayPal payments are not processed immediately. There may
be up to 12 hour delay before your license key is issued.
- Once you have received the confirmation e-mail, run the Registration program that
is installed under the MailEnable Program Group.
Note: If you do not receive this e-mail, please e-mail sales@mailenable.com
to report this. When emailing sales due to not receiving purchase confirmation,
please supply more than one e-mail address for contact to ensure that there are
no problems contacting you.
- Enter your details, and select the option to Apply for a license key via the
Internet and click the Next button to proceed.
- Select the option to Request or Activate Key and click the Next button
to proceed.
- Once you have successfully completed the Registration Wizard, the server will be
licensed accordingly (you can verify this by running the MailEnable diagnostic report).
You will also to you receive notification of the license code via e-mail to the
supplied (PayPal) e-mail address.
- Install MailEnable Professional or Enterprise Edition from our
download page.
- When happy with the product, run the Registration program that is installed as part
of the MailEnable Program Group.
- Enter your details, and select Cheque/Money Order as the payment method.
- Pay by either by faxing/phoning/emailing* your credit card details (MailEnable can
accept VISA, American Express, Mastercard, Diners Club and Bankcard).
- When payment has been accepted, we send you the receipt and unlock code.
- When you receive the license code run the Registration Wizard to enter it.
* Note: e-mailing your credit card details is generally not advised
because they are transmitted as plain text
Resellers or those purchasing multiple copies should use the same e-mail address
(or at least domain name) when making purchases. The e-mail address becomes the
Online Services
login for the customer and is used by MailEnable to apply any discounts.
Please ensure that you have reviewed MailEnable's Purchase
Refund Policy and that you have taken advantage of MailEnable's evaluation
period before purchase.
