MailEnable Features - Statistics

MailEnable Features - Statistics

MailEnable Statistics provides detailed reporting on MailEnable activity. MailEnable Statistics draws information from MailEnable log files. This information is then aggregated at a system and/or post office level to generate or analyse data, graphs and reports.

Obtain detailed statistics on all mail services (POP, SMTP, IMAP, HTTPMAIL) and the MTA. Over 80 different reports can be generated and ranked by user, post office or for the whole system. Information can be tabulated on data sent, data received, data total, messages sent, messages received, user log-ins and client connections.

System reporting
Report on system-wide protocol/service activity. For example, a report on the Data Sent via the SMTP Connector (as a system report) would show the volume of outbound traffic resulting from all MailEnable SMTP activity.

Post office reporting
These reports can group data that related to a particular post office. For example, in the case of POP, a post office report would allow you to see the POP activity occurring for a specific post office. It is also possible to generate reports to compare the activity generated by different post offices at a server level.
